Does the £82.99 fee include VAT?
The £82.99 fee is subject to UK VAT at 20%. However, the £13 Companies House filing fee is a statutory government disbursement and is therefore exempt from VAT. The total cost is £99.59.
Why is the £13 statutory fee non-discountable?
The £13 statutory fee is paid directly to the Registrar of Companies for filing Form DS01. Because this is a mandatory government charge, discounts apply strictly to our service component.
