Our Story
A few years ago, we were exactly where you might be now: with a company that had stopped trading, sitting on our to-do list for months. Every time we thought about closing it, we hit the same wall: Which form was it again? Did we need to tell HMRC? How? What if we missed something and got fined?
We spent hours reading government guidance, watching YouTube videos, and still weren't sure we'd got it right. There had to be a simpler way. So we built it.
